Within three days of the announcement of election schedule members/firms desiring to change their representative shall intimate changes regarding names of representative to the secretary general along with necessary proof of eligibility. | 18 July, 2019 (Thursday) |

Within seven days of announcement of election schedule, Secretary General of Association display the provisional list of all members eligible to vote along with their national tax number, sales-tax registration number, if applicable, the name and national identity card number of their representative at notice board of the head office, regional offices and website of the Association. | 22 July, 2019 (Monday) |

Within seven days of issuance of the voters list, Objections to entries of voters list from member in writing to the secretary general. | 26 July, 2019 (Friday) |

Within five days from receipt of objections, the secretary general intimate objections or changes, if any. | 31 July, 2019 (Wednesday) |

Any person/member aggrieved by decision of the secretary general may, within three days of receipt of the decision, make a representative to Election Commission which shall decide the representation within three days. | 3 August, 2019 (Saturday) |

Any person/member aggrieved by decision of the Election Commission may file appeal to DGTO within three days of decision of Election Commission. | 6 August, 2019 (Tuesday) |

IN CASE OF HOLIDAY ON ANY ELECTION SCHEDULED DATES, THE NEXT RECOGNIZED WORKING DAY WOULD AUTOMATICALLY BE TREATED AS A NEW DATE.
